While Big Oil is gouging us at the pump and raking in $120 billion per year, Newt Gingrich and his Big Oil pals are scheming new ways to top off Big Oil’s pockets. Their plan is to drill in the Arctic Refuge in order to save consumers $.03 per gallon in 10 years.
